Support, licence questions and refunds. We reply within one business day, usually faster.
Phone
(203) 470-4518
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Central.
New projects
Use the project form — it asks the four questions we would ask anyway, so the first reply is useful rather than a request for more information.
Visiting
The studio is a working office, not a showroom, so there is nothing to come and look at. If you are in Nashville and there is a real reason to meet, email first and we'll find a time.
Press and partnerships
Same address. Put PRESS in the subject line and it gets routed properly.
